Award winning Bed and Breakfast accommodation perfectly placed to explore Rye, East Sussex and Kent

The Studio bedroom in a charming converted barn, is seperate from the main house and totally private.

We designed it to be a peaceful and luxurious place, furnished with a mixture of contemporary and traditional furniture.

A vaulted beamed ceiling gives a lofty feel to the open plan bedroom and living area.

The Studio has a super king sized bed, arranged with fine quality Egyptian cotton, goose down duvets and pillows. The bed can also be arranged as twin beds.

In the en-suite shower room you will find soft Egyptian cotton towels, luxury toiletries and a powerful hairdryer.

Your room is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle to make tea and a fridge stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks, and bottled of filtered water; Plus a selection of complimentary teas, coffee and other treats for you to enjoy..

In addition your room is equipped with a wide-screen freeview TV, DVD player, I-pod docking station and free broadband Internet.

After a days sight-seeing you may relax on your own terrace which boasts stunning views across the garden and the Rother Valley.

The Studio is not suitable as a any family room and, as we have a dog and free range chickens, we can not accept any pets.

 Breakfast is served in the main house between 8:00 am and 9:00 am

 

​For breakfast we serve the best available locally sourced ingredients, whenever possible home-grown or organic.

Eggs from our own free-range chickens, bread and croissants from the award wining ‘Judges Organic Bakery’, bacon and sausages from our local farm butcher in Rye, homemade jams, marmalade and local Kent honey. A selection of cereals or muesli, a variety of yoghurts, fruit juices and, of course, freshly made tea and coffee.
